We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Center Medical Specialist to join our international team at Grifols, a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the future of healthcare.

As a Center Medical Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our donors and staff. Your expertise will be essential in performing physical examinations, establishing medical histories, and determining donor suitability.

We offer a competitive pay scale of $35-$37 per hour for LPNs and $48-$50 per hour for RNs, depending on training, education, and experience. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our company bonus pool and enjoy benefits such as medical, PTO, up to 5% 401K match, and tuition reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform physical examinations and establish medical histories to determine donor suitability
  • Ensure donor and staff confidentiality
  • Provide donor education and counseling regarding general health and unacceptable test results
  • Assist in employee training
