As a Center Medical Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our donors and staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing physical examinations and establishing medical histories to determine donor suitability
- Ensuring donor and staff confidentiality
- Providing donor education and counseling on general health and unacceptable test results
- Assisting in employee training
We offer a competitive pay scale of $35-$37 per hour for LPNs and $48-$50 per hour for RNs, depending on training, education, and experience. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our company bonus pool and enjoy benefits including medical, PTO, up to 5% 401K match, and tuition reimbursement.
