Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with our customers to understand their most challenging problems and develop innovative solutions using our Video Intelligence capabilities. You will collaborate with our Account Executives, Sales Leaders, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver leading-edge solutions and drive the growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Support RFPs and lead technical trials with prospects to demonstrate our capabilities
- Partner with Account Executives, Sales Leaders, Product, and Engineering to solve challenging problems and develop solutions for our customers
- Build POCs to address specific customer challenges and demonstrate our capabilities
- Support customers with integrating our software with their systems using APIs and integrations
- Develop and deliver product demos and trials with prospects, communicate at all levels of an organization, both internally and with customers
- Deep technical expertise in networking, especially video management systems and applications
- Experience selling to large enterprises, preferably with local and state governments or schools (K-12)
- Strong technical foundation and bias to action, with ability to effectively prioritize to manage multiple calls/demos per day
- Previous experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Product Manager, Solutions Architect, Technical Implementation, or similar role for a SaaS company, preferably with startup experience
- Annual Total Compensation Range up to $200,000, depending on experience and geographical location
