Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of our hotel's HR department. This position requires an organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide administrative support to HR staff, handle various tasks, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
  • Greet applicants, team members, and managers with a smile and provide assistance as needed.
  • Assist HR Staff with various tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Distribute applications, benefit reports, and other materials as required.
  • Coordinate monthly benefits enrollment and prepare Cobra letters.
  • Assist in teaching benefits information during employee orientation.
  • File and maintain benefit files, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Participate in employee relations activities, including sign-up and mail outs.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication, organization, and guest relations skills.
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Typing speed 45 WPM +.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
