Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Site Coordinator and Customer Support Manager to join our team at General Fasteners Company. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (dependent on location and experience).

About the Role:

The Site Coordinator and Customer Support Manager will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with customers to understand their production needs and potential demand changes
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels and tracking shipments
  • Providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective collaboration with internal teams
  • Resolving customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver's license
  • Experience in warehousing and/or manufacturing environments (preferably in the fastener or distribution industries)
