Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and portion ingredients for our poke bowls, including proteins, vegetables, and garnishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
  • Process cash and card transactions on our point-of-sale system.
  • Communicate effectively with our team members and management to ensure seamless service.
  • Adhere to our company's policies and procedures, including our safety guidelines and quality control standards.
  • Preserve the good image of Poke Fin by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Complete established par amounts of food preparation to ensure timely delivery of our poke bowls.
  • Continuously observe the quality of ingredients being served and report any issues to management.
  • Routinely record inventory amounts to assist in ordering and maintain accurate records.
  • Routinely record temperatures of equipment and ingredients to ensure food safety.

Requirements:

  • Customer-facing experience (6 months - 1 year).
  • Food preparation experience (6 months - 1 year).
  • Food service experience (6 months - 1 year).
  • Food handlers card (can be obtained through Poke Fin free of charge if not already held).
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Available to work a variety of hours, including weekends and nights.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
