- Provide exceptional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintaining existing relationships.
- Grow new business by generating a prospective client base through networking, referrals, and other marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements.
- Attend training and obtain relevant licenses in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate databases, records, and bookkeeping to ensure all paperwork is up-to-date.
- Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively and independently.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus.
- Previous health insurance or life insurance experience is a plus.
- Must have graduated high school or received a GED, a Bachelor's degree is desired.
