Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop the Manufacturing Team: Develop and guide the manufacturing team with full accountability regarding their performance on all aspects of safety, productivity, quality, and cost for a multi-station operation.
  • Ensure Production Functions at Peak Efficiency: Ensure production functions at peak efficiency with proper communications and interfaces.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams on root cause analysis and customer quality issues.
  • Maintain a Positive Work Environment: Maintain a positive work environment and ensure compliance with safety standards and established policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 Years of Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or engineering in a leadership role.
  • LEAN and Process-Minded: LEAN, process-minded people leaders with experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills; able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Maintain a Continuous Improvement mindset within his/her area of responsibility by understanding and fostering continuous improvement in Quality, Throughput, Methods, and Housekeeping.
