Job Summary:

New Age Protection is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Access Control Specialist. This role is responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our facilities, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Security Operations: Monitor and control access to our facilities, ensuring that only authorized personnel are granted entry.
  • Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks, and perform audits to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with colleagues and clients, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest security technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Security Clearance: Must maintain a Top Secret/SCI Security clearance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting and Mobility: Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, bending, and walking.
  • Defensive Capabilities: Must be able to defend themselves or others in emergency situations.
