  • Communicates insurance benefits and patient financial responsibilities using suitable communication techniques.
  • Identifies and reports safety hazards or violations, taking necessary actions to ensure the safety of the environment and guests until assistance arrives, if needed.
  • Maintains a productive workload with high accuracy while seeking to enhance efficiency and reduce repetitive errors by refining existing workflows.
  • Recognizes when issues require escalation and collaborates with others to resolve problems effectively.
