- Notifies patients, staff, physicians, and representatives of any scheduling updates promptly and professionally.
- Clarifies payroll authorization and referral prerequisites to patients.
- Communicates insurance benefits and patient financial responsibilities using suitable communication techniques.
- Identifies and reports safety hazards or violations, taking necessary actions to ensure the safety of the environment and guests until assistance arrives, if needed.
- Maintains a productive workload with high accuracy while seeking to enhance efficiency and reduce repetitive errors by refining existing workflows.
- Recognizes when issues require escalation and collaborates with others to resolve problems effectively.
- May undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
