Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our professional Customer Service team in our Tampa location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering telephones, and entering customer record information into our computer system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Enter customer record information into our computer system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide product information and support to customers, including billing, order status, and delivery status
  • Process prescriptions and prepare necessary paperwork for pharmacy to fill medications
  • Solicit sales of new or additional services by calling patients for their monthly refills
  • Verify and update accuracy of patient information, including address, allergies, and other relevant details
  • Ensure security of Protected Health Information as per HIPAA requirements
  • Communicate with customers regarding form of shipment of orders
  • Adjust complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation
  • Follow reconciliation and reporting procedures for reporting to local, state, and federal governing authorities as required by law
