Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage auction pickups on weekends and prepare for auction sales during the week
  • Capture detailed descriptions of model home furniture, cataloging, photographing, measuring, and tagging
  • Minor manual labor, including lifting and moving furniture, may be required
  • Interface with winning bidders and manage on-site moving labor and staff
  • Travel to auction locations, up to 1-3 hours from Denver, CO, as needed

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree or comparable professional experience
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with computers and learning new programs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Share Point, and Adobe
  • Self-starter mindset with initiative and managerial skills
  • Customer and client service oriented
  • Typing proficiency and 10-key proficiency
  • Data entry and multitasking skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Reliable transportation and weekend availability

Compensation:

  • $20/hour
  • Flat fee by tasks ($50-$200 pending task)
  • Round-trip mileage reimbursement ($0.56/mile)
  • Compensable travel time ($11.50/hour)
