Position Overview

PNC, a leading financial institution, is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Retail Branch Banking Network. As a Branch Sales and Service Associate, you will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, identifying opportunities to improve customers' financial well-being.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet, positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, leveraging a defined sales process to elevate client loyalty.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow customers' share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, driving customer loyalty and retention.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related experience in retail banking or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, with the ability to design and develop retail lending products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and objectives.
