Craft Cocktail Specialist

Salt and Vine is seeking experienced Bartenders to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional food and beverage service in a dynamic and upscale setting.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of our establishment.

• Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, fostering a welcoming and collaborative environment among staff members.
• Expertly prepare a wide range of cocktails according to established recipes, showcasing your knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers.
• Create a memorable bar experience for guests, encouraging repeat visits through personalized service and engaging interactions.
• Contribute to the overall ambiance by maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety regulations, and collaborating effectively with kitchen staff.
• Assist with setting up dining areas, bars, and banquet spaces according to event specifications, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Greet guests warmly, assist with seating arrangements, and provide prompt and attentive service throughout their visit.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in a full-service restaurant environment.
• Proven expertise in crafting classic and contemporary cocktails, with a passion for experimenting with new flavors and techniques.
• A comprehensive understanding of liquor, wine, and beer varieties, along with knowledge of Italian cuisine is beneficial.
• Commitment to working at least 3 shifts per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide a positive guest experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment.
