Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, and other business and community service organizations on an ongoing basis utilizing various sales and marketing techniques.
  • Market Specialized Loan Products: Market specialized loan products tailored for a specific niche of clients and prospective consumers in need of home financing.
  • Client Service: Provide top-notch client service and build enduring relationships with clients by thoroughly explaining the requirements and costs associated with products.
  • Compliance: Assist prospective borrowers in the proper completion of the loan application and provide required disclosures.
  • Loan Origination: Take a complete loan application, register the loan with secondary marketing, and complete the borrower summary.
  • Cross-sell Company Products: Identify needs and make recommendations that meet the clients' financial goals.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage and real estate principles.
  • Strong aptitude for sales and business development.
  • Ability to effectively express ideas orally and in writing.
  • Ability to use standard computer and phone systems.
Working Conditions:

Normal office environment with little or no potential exposure to hazardous conditions.
