This position is responsible for ensuring that all consumers receive accurate, courteous, and professional customer service related to requests for non-emergency medical transportation services.
Key Responsibilities- Assists callers efficiently and effectively in resolving their inquiries and concerns.
- Provides clear and concise information regarding transportation services and policies.
- Resolves customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborates with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
