Duties and Responsibilities

As an Administrative Associate II, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Maintaining weekly and monthly calendars and scheduling appointments for the Director of Maintenance and facilities staff
  • Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring expenditures using spreadsheets or other tracking systems
  • Answering telephones, screening incoming calls, and taking messages
  • Providing exceptional customer service to the public and district employees
