The Position

We are looking for a Store Operations Coordinator to join our team at Goodwill Southern California. As a Store Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, engaging with customers and donors, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and operate cash registers effectively
  • Coordinate store inventory and stockroom operations
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and donors

Salary: $16.50 per hour

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior retail and sales experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
