Job Responsibilities
  • Provide front desk support, answering telephones, greeting clients, and welcoming them to the firm.
  • Monitor conference room usage, arrange appointments, and coordinate meeting arrangements, including catering and scheduling of conference rooms.
  • Organize and maintain hardcopy or electronic correspondence, legal documents, and computer-based calendars.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of one (1) year experience working in a law firm or professional services.
  • Strong legal or professional services administrative assistant skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and work well under pressure.
