Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Analyst to join our team at QinetiQ US. As a Workforce Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us understand our client's current and future workforce needs, including data acumen, attrition, retention, and onboarding timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Call Management: Create and manage data calls, working with communities of interest to define data call content, format, timelines, and templates.
  • Progress Tracking and Reporting: Track and report on progress of data calls according to both ADHOC and established schedules, delivering analytic visualizations using Tableau related to data call progress and data received, highlighting actionable insights.
  • CDA Support: Participate in CDA responses, gathering and providing data, reviewing and commenting on draft CDAs, and editing CDA responses as assigned.
  • Survey Management: Create and manage surveys using LimeSurvey, coordinating with communities of interest that include IC agencies and IC elements.
Required Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
  • Experience developing and refining Position Descriptions (PDs) based on new workforce models, including identifying specific knowledge, skills, abilities, and experiences to update existing PDs.
  • Experience supporting strategic change management plans, including updating and supporting communication activities.
  • Experience updating manning models based on new input from stakeholders.
  • Experience providing ongoing performance management by tracking key performance indicators.
