Job Title: Office Manager II

Beaufort County School District is seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Manager II to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office operations, including budgeting, inventory, and supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to the principal and other staff members.
  • Process payroll, accounts payable, and other financial transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible office experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with a regular schedule. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and may be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
