Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Three Bears Alaska Inc. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for managing weekly payroll processing, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to our 1000+ employees.

• Process and manage weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
• Collaborate with HR and management to resolve payroll-related issues and concerns
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing their payroll-related inquiries and concerns
• Stay up-to-date with changing payroll laws, regulations, and best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Payroll or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience in payroll processing, with a strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex payroll issues
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in ADP Workforce Now a plus

This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be working in an office setting, with occasional travel to different stores. A reliable commute or relocation to Wasilla, AK is required.
