Nurse Specialist

Verovian Nursing Agency is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic Nursing Resource Pool in a fast-paced hospital setting.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments and patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a variety of units, including Medical-Surgical, ICU, and Emergency departments.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to implement and manage individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and assessments.
- Provide support to units experiencing staffing shortages or higher patient volumes.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
- 2-3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a variety of clinical settings.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required; additional specialty certifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
