Nemours Children's Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Psychologist to join our Integrated Primary Care team. As a key member of our interprofessional team, you will provide high-quality behavioral health services to patients and their families in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide culturally responsive care to patients and families, with a focus on reducing health disparities and promoting health equity.
- Participate in program development, leadership, advocacy, and community outreach initiatives to promote the well-being of children and families.
- Collaborate with our research colleagues to advance the field of pediatric mental health and develop evidence-based interventions.
- Teach, train, and mentor colleagues to promote a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Contribute to quality improvement and research initiatives to drive positive change in the field of pediatric mental health.
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-accredited clinical, counseling, or school psychology program.
- Pre-doctoral internship from an APA-accredited site, and at least one year of postdoctoral experience in a child-focused setting.
- Fully licensed in Delaware or immediately license eligible in Delaware.
