Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction to ensure hotel alignment with Proper Hospitality's mission, vision, and values.
  • Drive the overall success of the property, including financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team engagement.
  • Champion a culture of exceptional service and hospitality, ensuring every guest interaction reflects our brand's high standards.
  • Innovate and implement unique guest experiences that enhance our reputation for luxury and lifestyle excellence.
  • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to continuously improve operational performance.
  • Financial Management:
    • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to achieve and exceed revenue and profitability goals.
    • Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for growth and cost optimization.
  • Brand & Marketing:
    • Represent the hotel group in the local and global community, building strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and guests.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute strategies that drive brand awareness and business growth.
