About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Lead to join our Internal Audit Department at Webster Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting internal audits by obtaining and analyzing data to provide insights on data trends and anomalies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain and analyze data to identify trends and anomalies that inform audit engagements
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to automate audit testing and visualization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage emerging technologies and tools
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and audit
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Audit, Data Science, and/or Analytics environment
  • Bachelor's degree in related field (Data Science, Computer Science, Accounting, MIS, Finance)
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, VBA, SQL or R
  • Data Analytics experience with tools such as Alteryx, DataIku, or Knime
  • Data Visualization experience with tools such as Tableau or Power BI
What We Offer
