Job Summary:
NASC GLOBAL, a leading HR Consulting and Management firm, is excited to support the search for a skilled Senior Manager, Data Analytics Lead for our valued client.

Work Locations:
Cleveland, OH, Shelton, CT, or New York, NY

Compensation:
Our client offers a competitive compensation package of $110,000 – $140,000, reflecting a commitment to investing in new talent and providing valuable hands-on experience. Potential to exceed higher on the salary contingent on experience, education, certifications, skills, etc.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Data Analytics Lead to join our Data and Analytics team. This role supports our client expanding lending and deposit product suite, directly impacting the growth and strategic planning of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to gain insights on product performance, industry trends, and macroeconomic factors.
  2. Develop reporting structures and KPIs to guide growth and profitability for deposit products.
  3. Lead the forecasting process, establish benchmarks, and monitor business progress toward these goals.
  4. Work closely with stakeholders in Product, Marketing, and Operations to align and execute strategic initiatives.
  5. Potential to lead and mentor 1-2 analysts, providing direction and guidance within a matrix organization.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (MIS, Computer Science, Data Analytics) or equivalent experience.
  2. 8+ years in product, marketing, finance, or related roles.
  3. Proven experience in Analytics, Consulting, Financial Services, or Product Strategy.
  4. Advanced knowledge of SAS, SQL, R, or Python.
  5. Experience with data visualization tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, and Excel.
  6. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to manage complex data analysis and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  8. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presentation.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:
  1. Onsite presence required in Cleveland, OH, Shelton, CT, or New York, NY.
  2. Experience managing 1-2 offshore analysts.
  3. Advanced technical skills in SAS or similar analytical coding languages (SQL, R, Python).
  4. Strong data visualization and presentation abilities using Looker Studio, Tableau, Excel, or PowerPoint.
