Job Title: Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Lead

ITE MGMT is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Lead to join our team in New York. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our business intelligence and data analytics team to drive improved data processes and generate new insights from our data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of business intelligence and data analysts, and data engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality output and professional growth.
  • Prioritize, lead, and manage business, data, and data analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Work closely with CTO to develop and implement data and data analytics strategy aligned with overall data analytics roadmap and organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain complex data models, reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate complex data insights and support business decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of data analytics tools, platforms, and infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related field (STEM); Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Broad experience with data manipulation and analysis (SQL and e.g. Python, R, etc.).
  • High proficiency with business analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
  • Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ELT processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Organized with good project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and quality principles.
  • Cloud Platform: Familiarity with cloud-based business intelligence and data analytics platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
