About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Transitional Care Unit team at Providence Mount St. Vincent in Seattle, Washington. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing whole-person care to patients in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to patients in our Transitional Care Unit.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote optimal health outcomes.

Requirements
  • Education sufficient for licensure.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Food Handler's Permit.
  • 1 year of Med-Surg experience (Acute vs Sub-Acute).
  • Supervisory experience with nursing assistants/CNAs.
