About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Transitional Care Unit team at Providence Mount St. Vincent. As a RN, you will work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients in need. Our team is dedicated to delivering whole-person care, addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients.

About the Department

Our Transitional Care Unit is an intermediate and high-acuity department that facilitates recovery from serious injury, illness, disease, or medical condition. We provide a comfortable and home-like setting for patients, guiding and caring for their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs before they are able to return home.

Required Qualifications
  • Education sufficient for licensure
  • Washington Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Food Handler's Permit
  • 1 year Med-Surg experience (Acute vs Sub-Acute)
  • Supervisory experience with nursing assistants/CNAs
