Critical Care Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Corpus Christi Medical Center. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, lab results, and medication administration.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
- 1 year of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in Critical Care or ICU.
- Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
