Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care Unit team at Corpus Christi Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
- 1 year of experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing is required.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date).
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification is required.
- Current American Heart Association ACLS Certification is required.
