Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CV ICU) at Corpus Christi Medical Center The Heart Hospital. As a Registered Nurse in this unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse in the CV ICU, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to critically ill patients requiring admission to the unit. You will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinate patient care, and provide education to patients and families. You will also be responsible for delegating nursing tasks, coordinating unit operations, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements- 1 year of experience in an acute care setting preferred
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required
