Psychiatry Account Manager

Job Summary:
Lundbeck is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Psychiatry Account Manager to lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio. As a key member of our sales team, you will execute sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and reimbursement dynamics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and marketing goals
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2+ years of pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sales experience
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of CNS/neuroscience products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a specialty product sales force
- Prior experience promoting and detailing CNS/neuroscience products
- Documented successful sales performance and leadership experience
