Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a Retail Sales Supervisor to enhance our operations.
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily activities on the sales floor and in the stockroom, while also playing a crucial role in training staff and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
Essential Duties:
- Support the development and motivation of team members to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide real-time coaching and training to associates to ensure effective floor operations, customer service, and stockroom management.
- Collaborate with management to offer constructive feedback on team performance.
- Assist in training staff on operational procedures, product knowledge, and company policies.
- Implement action plans aimed at optimizing store performance.
- Manage all facets of daily store operations.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Oversee and authorize the checkout process.
- Assist with merchandise logistics, including shipment and replenishment.
- Monitor and evaluate the customer service delivered by team members.
- Develop effective scheduling to ensure the right personnel are in place at the right times.
- Promote a culture focused on delivering exceptional in-store customer experiences.
- Resolve customer service issues effectively and positively.
- Lead by example in modeling our customer experience standards.
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of products, company policies, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Provide leadership during product launches, visual merchandising, and signage placements.
- Perform other essential functions as directed by management.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a retail environment.
- Proficient in technology usage (iPads, registers).
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
- Meets physical job requirements.
- Previous experience in retail is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with customers, peers, and supervisors.
- Proven track record of sales accountability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Capability to multitask and manage multiple customers and processes simultaneously.
