Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and train mechanical personnel to ensure adequate training and completion of job assignments
  • Manage manpower to ensure adherence to schedule and meeting of deadlines
  • Evaluate potential solutions to engineering problems for feasibility, manufacturability, and cost
  • Support shop and field technicians to ensure equipment is installed correctly
  • Stay abreast of the latest technology and techniques to provide competitive and cost-effective designs
  • Assist in qualification of equipment and facilities as needed
  • Manage quality systems tasks and implement corrective actions
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree required
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Technical equivalent preferred
  • Technical/Mechanical Supervisory role with 7+ years of experience preferred
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
  • Broad-based engineering background preferred
