Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Service Manager with experience and an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of HVAC mechanics and must possess advanced technical experience in the HVAC/R industry.
About the Role- Promote and ensure customer satisfaction throughout service operations group
- Provide internal support to the Service Department as a whole
- Coordinate daily schedule with dispatch department
- Provide technical support and direction to field service technicians
- Conduct site surveys, estimates, and follow through on small projects
- Provide technical estimating support to sales personnel
- Perform project and account management tasks
- Multi-task to coordinate all service department activities
- Minimum of 8 years of field experience working for a mechanical contractor in the industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Balance communications between internal and external customers at all levels
- Capable of pivoting between small and large sized projects and respective change orders
- Microsoft Dynamics/GP experience highly desired
- DocLink software experience highly desired
- Microsoft Office experience in SharePoint and Teams
- Experience with DocuSign
Regularly requires a high degree of mental effort, talk and hear, gross and fine manipulation, read both print and screens for extended periods of time.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Regularly required to walk and sit
Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, lift 25 lbs. max, stand and stoop, kneel, or crouch, and climb stairs
Expected to work in a loud level of volume environment.
