Job Title: Service Manager - HVAC/R and Mechanical Professional

About the Role:
Elliott-Lewis is seeking a highly motivated Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for a team of HVAC mechanics and will be responsible for promoting and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout service operations. You will provide internal support to the Service Department, coordinate your team's daily schedule with our dispatch department, and provide technical support and direction to field service technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and ensure customer satisfaction throughout service operations
Provide internal support to the Service Department
Coordinate your team's daily schedule with our dispatch department
Provide technical support and direction to field service technicians
Conduct site surveys, estimates, and follow through on small projects
Provide technical estimating support to sales personnel
Perform project and account management tasks

Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of field experience working for a mechanical contractor in the industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Balance communications between internal and external customers at all levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Preferred Skills:
Microsoft Dynamics/GP experience
DocLink software experience
Microsoft Office experience in SharePoint and Teams
Experience with DocuSign
Bachelor Degree preferred

Physical Requirements:
Regularly requires a high degree of mental effort, talk and hear, gross and fine manipulation, read both print and screens for extended periods of time
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
Regularly required to walk and sit
Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, lift 25 lbs. max, stand and stoop, kneel, or crouch, and climb stairs
Expected to work in a loud level of volume environment
