Your primary focus will be on ensuring the quality and consistency of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Tablet Press Machine: Set up and operate the tablet press machine to produce dietary supplements, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
  • Clean and Maintain Equipment: Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to maintain a sanitary environment and prevent contamination.
  • Assist with Quality Control: Assist quality control personnel with daily quality checks and ensure that all products meet established standards.
  • Perform Mold Changes: Perform mold changes as scheduled, ensuring that all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized before and after use.
  • Assist with Other Processes: Assist with other processes, including operating other equipment to mill raw materials or inspect products.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Calculator Skills: Ability to use a calculator to add, multiply, subtract, and divide decimals and basic units of measure.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds, stand for long periods, stoop, bend, stretch, and reach with arms extended.
Working Conditions
  • Loud Noise Level: Will be exposed to loud noises; noise level can be loud.
  • Allergens and Dust: Will be exposed to allergens (such as egg powders), odors, dust, or particles.
  • Non-Management Position: Non-management full-time position, Monday through Friday (8-hour shift), with the possibility of working overtime and weekends.
