- Develop and implement local store marketing strategies to drive sales and profit growth.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve sales and profit goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
- 18 years of age or higher (per applicable law).
- Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
