Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality customer service and assisting in the maintenance of our parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all visitors
  • Assist customers with parking services and facilitate the efficient flow of traffic through the facility
  • Lead initiatives to improve client and customer satisfaction
  • Assist in the management of day-to-day activities at the assigned location
  • Monitor parkers in pay-in lanes and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide assistance to customers who have forgotten where they parked their vehicle
  • Perform other necessary functions as assigned by management
  • Conduct garage and facility audits as required
  • Count revenue and make change as needed
  • Quote rates for parking services and provide directions to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints independently or with the aid of a supervisor
  • Answer the phone in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the facility and surrounding area
  • Present a professional image at all times while on duty
  • Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and complete any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or a high aptitude for technology
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret the English language
  • Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and other employees
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Adaptability to changes in the work environment
  • Sound and accurate judgment
