POSITION OVERVIEW

The Field Operations Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing our field operations team. Reporting directly to the Director of Field Operations, you will be responsible for managing daily activities, establishing performance metrics, mentoring team members, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will oversee inventory management, facilitate safety meetings, and engage in training initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily operations within the service center.
  • Develop and communicate weekly operational schedules.
  • Guide and mentor team members to enhance performance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational compliance.
  • Track service orders and provide constructive feedback.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with strong communication and organizational abilities. Attention to detail, multitasking capabilities, and a solid mechanical understanding are essential.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of 5 years in a related position.
  • A technical background is preferred.
  • A valid Driver's License is mandatory.

TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS:

This role requires approximately 50% travel, including overnight stays.
