Position Overview:
As a Structural Bridge Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our engineering team.

This position requires independent management of diverse design initiatives, delivering expert solutions to Project Managers, Engineers, Architects, and other stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
- Develop models and documentation based on project objectives and design criteria.
- Gather project data to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings.
- Plan and present complex design features that may deviate from standard practices.
- Offer expert recommendations for resolving design challenges.
- Engage with clients regarding specific projects and participate in client meetings.
- Review and evaluate drawings, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Prepare cost estimates and perform quantity assessments.
- Conduct design calculations as required.
- Potentially lead project-specific design efforts for team members.
- Mentor junior designers and EITs, sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Review peer work for quality assurance.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a two-year degree in Engineering Technology, Computer Drafting, Surveying, or a related field, accompanied by six years of relevant experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

Demonstrated expertise through progressive experience is essential for problem resolution.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and other necessary tools for both field and office environments.
Exhibit resourcefulness and initiative in project execution.
Commitment to timely and high-quality work while adhering to budget constraints.
Align utilization rates with established goals, collaborating proactively with Project Managers to achieve business objectives.
