Key Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Candidate Engagement: Collaborate with our Global Talent Acquisition Partners to ensure a seamless and positive interview experience for candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Organize and manage all aspects of the interview process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating travel arrangements for candidates.
  • Trusted Support: Serve as a reliable resource for Talent Acquisition Partners, ensuring that all interview logistics are executed smoothly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across Talent Acquisition and Talent Operations to facilitate efficient candidate processing and requisition management.
  • Best Practices: Promote adherence to best practices in applicant tracking, interviewing, and hiring processes.
  • ATS Management: Oversee the Applicant Tracking System, addressing any inquiries or issues and generating necessary reports.
  • Job Requisition Management: Create and manage new job requisitions as submitted by hiring teams.
  • Special Projects: Participate in project work and additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of five years of professional experience, with at least three years in support of HR or recruiting functions.
  • Experience in scheduling and managing interviews across various time zones.
  • Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting policies and processes.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications.
