Job Title: Bank Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bank Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on bank products and services
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a call center or banking environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
