Job Description

As a Community Support Team Lead at SouthLight Healthcare, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Community Support Team services. This includes staff management and development, direct client care, and administrative oversight of program-specific tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing supervision to team members, including direct observation and evaluation of model fidelity
  • Ensuring follow-up with supervisees' documents
  • Conducting weekly CST meetings and monthly individual supervision
  • Completing authorization for services
  • Establishing relationships with providers and community organizations
  • Providing individual therapy, group, and/or case management services to clients
  • Coordinating treatment plan development and revisions
  • Providing on-call crisis coverage
  • Completing community and office-based client assessments and evaluations

Requirements include a Master's degree in a Human Services field, licensure as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and the ability to understand addiction, withdrawal symptoms, and identify symptoms of alcohol and drug addiction.
