We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team at the Irvine Spectrum location. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations and Sales: Manage store financials, drive sales through a premium guest experience, and execute operational procedures that align with our company culture and retail operating principles.
  • Team Management: Recruit, interview, and train top-performing sales experts, and manage staff schedules and payroll.
  • Product Knowledge: Be a product expert, understand customer needs, and share product knowledge with staff to foster productivity.
  • POS Expertise: Manage POS issues, reconcile tills, and process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and discounts accurately.
  • Inventory Management: Properly merchandise and re-merchandise products, manage store inventory, and identify holes in shop inventory.
  • Events and Marketing: Manage and lead store events, promote and market events, and conceive and execute unique events that align with our brand image.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of retail management experience
  • BA or BS preferred
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
  • Self-motivated leader with strong entrepreneurial skills
  • Innate guest-centric mindset
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
