Medical Assistant Lead Primary Care Specialist

As a Medical Assistant Lead in our Primary Care team, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare professionals and ensuring the highest quality patient care. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in driving our team's success.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily support to our healthcare professionals, focusing on problem-solving and resource allocation.
- Oversee and lead activities of non-licensed clinical staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Ensure cost-effective utilization of employees and other resources while maintaining high standards of quality, service, and satisfaction.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program.
- 5 years of relevant experience working in a physician practice or healthcare setting.
- Experience working as a Medical Assistant, Paramedic, or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is required.
- Experience using EPIC is also required.
- CRT-Medical Assistant, Certified (CMA) - AAMA American Association of Medical Assistants.
- CRT-Medical Assistant, Certified (CCMA) - NHA National Health Career Association.
- CRT-Medical Assistant, Certified (NCMA) - NCCT National Center for Competency Testing.
- CRT-Medical Assistant, Certified (NRCMA) - NAHP National Association for Health Professionals.
- CRT-Medical Assistant, Registered (RMA) - AMT American Medical Technologists.
- LIC-Paramedic License - State of Michigan.
- LIC-License Practical Nursing (LPN) - State of Michigan.
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association, or, ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required.
