We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team at IIIEight Management Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive performance improvements and brand recognition.
Job Summary:
The Customer Service and Sales Representative will be responsible for communicating with prospective customers on behalf of our exclusive clientele and closing sales. This will involve providing product and service information, resolving any emerging problems, and acting as a liaison on behalf of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
The Customer Service and Sales Representative will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets through effective communication and product knowledge.
- Building sustainable relationships and trust among customers through open and interactive conversations.
- Interpreting customer needs utilizing consultative and active listening skills to provide tailored product/service recommendations.
- Managing customer complaints with ease and efficiency, providing practical solutions, and escalating to necessary departments as needed.
- Meeting with Senior Leadership to evaluate progress, set goals, and maintain a high level of performance.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1-2 years of proven Customer Service, Customer Support, Client Facing, or Sales Experience.
- A track record of high-level performance and an intense desire for growth and advancement.
- Confidence in overturning objections and closing sales.
- A confident attitude and strong communication and presentation skills.
- An empathetic demeanor and passion for working and helping people in an individual or team setting.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
What We Offer:
Our company offers a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including professional development opportunities, a dynamic work environment, and a collaborative team culture.
