Job Summary:

 

As a Customer Service Representative at Sam's Club, you will play a vital role in ensuring our members have a positive shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, resolving member issues, and promoting our products and services.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Acknowledge members, identify their needs, and assist them with purchasing decisions.
  • Resolve Member Issues: Respond to member inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide solutions to ensure member satisfaction.
  • Promote Products and Services: Share knowledge of our products and services with members, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Ensure the sales floor, stockroom, and other areas are clean, tidy, and well-organized.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve member issues, and maintain a positive work environment.

 

Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with members, colleagues, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and resolve member issues.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records, handle cash and credit transactions, and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive work environment, and support each other in times of need.
